Our wood department uses timeless tools of the trade in conjunction with the latest equipment to produce a wide variety of patterns. Each item created is a melding of skill and careful attention to detail that marks the master craftsman.

Patterns up to 10' X 20' can be accommodated at Peerless, and the wood department uses wood, plastic, fiberglass and/or urethane in construction. All types of foundry sand tooling can be built.

Our plastics department produces epoxy, urethane polymer and fiberglass patterns, core boxes, gauges, fixtures and tooling. We have the experience to produce high quality, large urethane cast tooling and cast parts.
